Ingredients:
One avocado
Two rashers of bacon
One garlic clove minced
Three tablespoons of butter
One tsp of balsamic vinegar 

(Makes one portion)

Method:
1) Begin to grill your bacon.
2) While the bacon is grilling, halve your avocado and remove the stone.
3) In a pan melt your butter, garlic and balsamic together until you have a thin sauce. Do not let the sauce boil.
4) Once your bacon is done, chop it into small pieces and place into the holes in the avocado. Top with your drizzle and serve.
